The founders of the Kappa Chapter at Texas Woman's University were interested
in finding an organization that fit their desires in a Sorority. Upon encountering Lambda Psi Delta Sorority, Incorporated
they knew that this was the sisterhood they had been searching for. "Sovereignty to the Community" was what they vowed
throughout their journey. On April 8, 2006 these women crossed into the FINEST and FIERCEST of ALL Sisterhoods.They
emerged from the darkness with a burning passion in their hearts, to share the love they felt for Lambda Psi Delta with other
Women.The Kappa Chapter was founded July 16,2006 and opened new doors for other women. In October 2006 The
Kappa Chapter was officially recognized on Texas Woman's University campus in Denton, Tx.
